Jacob hails from California's Central Valley, where he cultivated a passion for rock climbing in Yosemite, tubing on Lake Tahoe, and notably, state-wide soccer competitions.
Relocating to Knoxville to attend the University of Tennessee, he pursued a degree in Political Science, with a keen emphasis on legal studies and property law, graduating Cum Laude. Jacob is now channeling his interest towards Real Estate. As a proud member of both the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, he is deeply entrenched in his profession.
In his leisure, Jacob immerses himself in Southern traditions such as line dancing, hiking the Smokies, cheering on UT Football, and delving into the rich history and offerings of Rocky Top.
